Light Bodied, Fruit Sweetness and Floral Finish

Rwandan coffee is well known amongst the international roasters as one of the world's most interesting flavored coffees. This coffee comes from the Cyebumba plantation located in the Rubavu region, in the western province of Rwanda. The location of planting (plantation) coffee is at an altitude of about 1,477 - 1,700 masl, this area has stable weather conditions and is consistent with the fertile volcanic soil contour for plants.

Coffee processing. In this plantation, the coffee cherry will be picked manually so that only really ripe pieces of coffee are harvested. Afterwards, the Rwanda coffee cherry will be processed by the fully washed method before it will be selected again to choose only the good quality.
