For most people, drinking too much coffee can be quite troublesome at night because it makes them difficult to sleep. Caffeine is said to be the main reason-though coffee is not really the only caffeinated drink. Drinking water is one of the most effective ways to eliminate the effects of caffeine. White water can clear the body system not only from toxins but also from caffeine so that this fluid is quite powerful to be a bidder. Usually drinks containing caffeine will make the body become dehydrated which this condition further accelerate the 'work' caffeine itself. Drinking water, at least at least 2 cups, can reduce the dehydration effect caused and rehydrate the body.

Eating bananas

In addition to drinking water, other foods that are also good to eat if you want to eliminate the effects of caffeine is a banana. This one fruit can soothe a turbulent stomach and help fight some of the unwanted effects of caffeine. As is known, caffeine can make the body dehydrated and disrupt the body's electrolyte balance. Bananas that contain calcium and potassium can help regulate blood sugar and make it an ideal snack after drinking coffee or other beverages that contain caffeine.
